I am passionate about continuous improvement in all facets of my life.

I began my professional life as a developer when I was 19 at a large investment bank in the late 90's.  During the past two decades, I've worn numerous hats across a number of countries. I currently help multiple companies transform their software development organizations.

My experiences have made me a sought-after consultant, trainer, and speaker on the subject of organizational transformation and design.
